Enjoy a day learning the art of leno weaving and create your own scarf to take home.

Jan will have her Ashford tabletop four shaft looms all warped up ready for you to weave. You will learn how to weave the finger manipulated leno technique, along with some basic 4 shaft patterns. Leno creates a lovely lace like structure in. This is perfect for beginners but also weavers wanting to develop their skills further.

Jan has over 30 years’ experience in the textile field both as a teacher and as a designer and maker of contemporary woven textiles for fashion and interiors.
