Becky's Challenge 365 | In aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

As part of Challenge 365, Becky Christmas is walking 214 Wainwrights, 116 outlying fells, swimming 13 lakes, walking 4 lakes, 12 Tarn swims and 6 other fun things all in 2026, to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.   

Join Becky as she shares her story and inspiration for doing the challenge, alongside Anna Troup, winner of the Brutal Montane Spine Race, Lizzie Jenkins film maker and David Miller, author of new photography book, SPINE, documenting the 2026 Winter race.

Ultra Runner Anna Troup is a winner of the Brutal Montane Spine Race, one of the world’s toughest ultra marathon races, 268 miles along the spine of England through some of the country’s wildest and most unforgiving terrain, taking place in the depths of winter.   Anna was the first woman over the finish line in 106 hours, 19 minutes and 12 seconds.  Anna is not a sponsored, professional athlete, she is a 56 year old, mother of 2 girls. Known for her steady pacing and consistent approach to training, Anna balances the demands of work, family life and training for big ultra races alongside a genetic foot condition and encourages other women to do Ultra running and reach their personal goals

Lizzie Jenkins will be screening her new film where she immerses herself in the Spine and follows athletes journeys asking the deeper question: why do we choose to push ourselves to the absolute limit? Through the stories of Anna, Llinos, Allie and Sal, we explore what drives ordinary people to do extraordinary things and what they discover about themselves on this mad journey.

David Miller will also share his new photography book, SPINE. The book documents the 2026 Winter Spine race, which David fully embedded himself in, following runners up the country to capture the race. It really shows all the things that make the Spine so epic - deep snow, sub-zero temperatures, torrential rain and high winds.
